Many of the cards you see here started their life in Alison's sketchbooks or are taken from larger works made using gouache, oil crayons and collage. A lot of the inspiration comes from items that accumulated over 80 years in of Alison's parents home. Not being able to hold on to all of it, Alison decided to archive much of it through her illustrations.
