Olive wood grows slowly forming into a very hard wood. Durable enough for any kitchen environment. The high oil content makes it moisture-wicking and supple.

• Do not place in dishwasher, instead rinse and dry after use. 
• To preserve beauty of wood occasionally rub with plain olive or sunflower oil and allow to dry.
